Founder’s Lab (Free of charge)

Stage 1

After successful completion of the courses, Members are also able to participate in Founder’s Lab program with Umicom at no cost.

Stage 2

Members are able to submit their Idea/new venture Deck and business plan to the evaluation team within six months of completion of courses for funding.

Stage 3

In the next stage, members will be required to make an online presentation via zoom to our experts panel for evaluation.

Stage 4

Once members are selected based on their initial presentation, they will be provided an invitation for Visa application, ticket and hotel accommodation to the UK for presentation to the expert panel and chamber of commerce in the UK at no cost to the members.

Once selected we will provide initial funding to develop the plan to a MVP (Minimal Viable Product), along with a monthly salary and resources to take the project to market, through our virtual Founder-Lab program, for six months, in the country of origin.

Stage 5

Once the Founder develops a viable MVP and selected by the expert panel, Umicom will issue certificate of employment or sponsorship with a salary, in the UK.

Stage 6

The founder will move to the UK with a salary and work in Umicom’s Founder’s- Lab to generate revenue from the venture.

Stage 7

If the new venture is not selected at any stage including the ideation stage, we will ask the members to present again for funding after developing a MVP.

-Founder will have access to resources from our founder-Lab to develop the venture to a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
